Request Account & Data Deletion

This page allows you to request deletion of your account and personal data associated with the Texly app, published by Allspark Creative.

🔐 What Will Be Deleted

• All saved articles and clips
• Tags, labels, and highlights
• Your account profile and preferences

Retention Policy: Once confirmed, deletion is permanent and completed within 7 days. We do not retain any personally identifiable data after deletion.

Note: We do not support partial deletion. Account and data will be deleted together. If you are subscribed to Texly Pro your subscription will not renew after the current billing cycle.

📋 How to Request Deletion In App

1. Open the Texly app on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings → Profile Info.
3. Click on Request Deletion button
4. Follow dialog instructions

📋 How to Request Deletion On Web

You can check the below box and then Submit Request to delete your account and data.
